  2. Terms of Business must be signed by the end of January 2025.
  3. Properties must be within the predefined area.
  4. Must agree to a ‘To Let’ board and a ‘Let Agreed’ board.
  5. 50% offer applies to our rent collection and fully managed service. All other fees in our Terms of Business will apply.
